By accessing or using Wonderland Fantasy (the "Service"), you agree to comply with these Terms of Service and all applicable rules. Failure to comply may result in sanctions, including suspension or permanent account termination.

1. General Conduct

All users must behave respectfully and comply with the rules across all platforms associated with Wonderland Fantasy, including the game, Discord, chats and forums.

• Harassment, threats, or abusive behavior are prohibited
• Insults, defamatory statements, or harmful conduct are prohibited
• Disruption of gameplay or community activities is prohibited
• Users must follow instructions from moderators and administrators

2. Communication Rules

All communication channels must be used responsibly.

• Spam, flooding, and trolling are prohibited
• Hate speech, discriminatory language, or explicit content is prohibited
• Impersonation of other players or staff is prohibited
• Sharing personal data of other users is strictly prohibited

3. Account Responsibility

• Users are responsible for all activity on their account
• Account sharing is discouraged and done at the user’s own risk
• The administration is not responsible for losses resulting from shared accounts

4. Game Integrity and Fair Play

The integrity of the game must be preserved at all times.

• Use of the official in-game autobot system is allowed and permitted
• Use of third-party bots, automation tools, or scripts is allowed only if they do not negatively impact the game experience
• Any bot or automation tool that causes server lag, instability, or provides an unfair advantage to other players (especially during events) is strictly prohibited
• Modification of the game client or communication systems is prohibited
• Exploitation of bugs or vulnerabilities is prohibited
• Failure to report known exploits may result in sanctions

5. Exploits and Abuse

Any use of unintended mechanics, bugs, or vulnerabilities to gain an advantage is considered an exploit and may result in sanctions.

Players who discover such issues must report them immediately and cease usage.

6. Multi-Account Usage (Multiboxing)

• Users may operate up to three accounts simultaneously unless otherwise specified
• Accounts must be manually controlled
• Use of tools to automate multiple accounts is prohibited
• Restrictions may apply during events

7. Fraud and Deception

• Impersonating staff or other players is prohibited
• Attempting to deceive moderators or administrators is prohibited
• Misrepresentation for personal gain is prohibited

8. Advertising and External Content

• Unauthorized advertising is prohibited
• Promotion of unrelated services or products is prohibited
• Distribution of illegal or harmful content is prohibited

9. Naming Policy

Character and guild names must comply with the following:

• No offensive, obscene, or discriminatory names
• No impersonation of other players or staff
• No misleading or abusive naming practices

The administration reserves the right to rename characters or guilds that violate these rules.

10. Enforcement and Sanctions

The administration reserves full discretion to investigate and enforce rules.

Sanctions may include:

• Warnings
• Temporary suspensions
• Permanent bans

Sanctions may vary depending on severity, intent, and history. Repeated violations may result in escalated penalties.

Sanctions may follow a progressive scale (e.g., warning, suspension, ban), but the administration reserves the right to deviate based on severity or past history.

In severe cases, the administration may apply immediate sanctions without prior warning.

11. Evidence and Investigations

The administration may use logs, reports, and other available data to investigate violations.

Users agree that such data may be used as evidence in enforcement decisions.

12. External Platforms

These rules apply to all official Wonderland Fantasy platforms, including Discord and forums.

13. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is." The administration is not liable for data loss, service interruptions, or in-game losses.

14. Modifications

These Terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Such disclosures may incidentally include additional surrounding communications that are not directly related to the violation, where their inclusion is necessary to preserve coherence, context, or evidentiary integrity. In all cases, disclosures will remain proportionate to the purpose of moderation, enforcement, and community safety.
